Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Here’s a very easy smoothie that kids will truly enjoy, a perfect drink on a hot day. Kids love peanut butter and banana, let them try this combination and I can bet a million that they will love this. It is refreshing and it’s sweet and tasty.

Kids will also enjoy helping with the preparation, they can even make it themselves!


Ingredients:

2 bananas, broken into chunks
2 cups milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
2 cups ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
